EtherCAT Connectivity 
Yaskawa is pleased to announce the immediate availability of an EtherCAT® network card for A&V1000 AC drives. The Yaskawa IEC61131 Machine Control

Governed by international standardised functions the MP2300Siec and MP2310Siec are machine controllers with a potent motion engine at the core. Simple network configuration of multiple machine axis and pre-prepared function commands reduce development and machine build time to the minimum. The control includes a built-in web server and is compatible with international network protocols.

The MP2300Siec offers precise positioning and synchronisation of all axes via MECHATROLINK-II-Bus. In conjunction with YASKAWA drives, machine cycles can be increased and product quality optimised.

YASKAWA supplies complete control & drive packages and will also support the development process, if required.               I-ES3 option card provides instant connectivity to an EtherCAT® network. The option contains support for the Velocity mode according the CANopen Device Profile and Motion Control (DSP402) profile. It also contains YASKAWA vendor specific CANopen objects based on the present CANopen option board specification.
